Contact
You are welcome to send me an e-mail (using the form below) or call me with any questions you may have.
If you are interested in counseling or coaching, we will have a conversation where I will find out what you’re looking for and tell you how I can be of service to you. If we decide to work together, we can meet in person if you live close enough to come to my office. If you are farther away, our conversations can be over the phone at a time that fits easily into your schedule. We will talk together as often as you like for as long as you like – you set the tone, you set the agenda and you determine the outcome. I offer my focused attention, my intuition, my broad perspective, my experience and my belief in you. I’m looking forward to meeting you.

A Quote for Your Week – Dec 12, 2011
It’s when we face for a moment the worst our kind can do, and shudder to know the taint in our own selves, that awe cracks the mind’s shell and enters the heart.
~Denise Levertov
Thanks to my friend Amy’s recommendation, I am reading a fabulous book called Tattoos on the Heart by Gregory Boyle. Father Boyle is a Jesuit Priest who works with gang members in Los Angeles. It is so inspiring and full of good quotes, mostly from the homeboys themselves. It is filling my heart during this season of Advent.
Love to you. May your heart be full and inspired in these days of December ~ Janet
A Quote for Your Week – Dec 5, 2011
It’s not what you have in your life; it’s who you have in your life that counts.
Another Facebook quote. I chose it because I just watched “It’s a Wonderful Life” on television. I hadn’t seen it in a long time. All I remembered was the angel and Jimmy Stewart on the bridge. To refresh your memory, all the townspeople bring Jimmy Stewart’s character money at the end and the angel tells him that a man is never poor if he has friends. So here’s to friends. My favorite part of the Christmas season is spending time with and feeling grateful for my family and friends. Here’s to you my friend, with love ~ Janet
A Quote for Your Week – Nov 28, 2011
If you keep listening to the love, if you keep receiving the love, trusting the love — even with all your limitations, unworthiness, limited intellect, or whatever you feel holds you back — you start to experience within yourself a sense of possibility. Whatever life is inviting you into, you have this sense that it’s okay and, even better, that you can do it!
~Richard Rohr
I spotted this one on Facebook. I’ve been writing a book during the month of November. In case you didn’t know, November is “National Novel Writing Month” and the challenge is to write 50,000 words. I’m not writing a novel; it’s more like “pearls of wisdom from a therapist’s couch,” and I’m almost at 50,000 words! The next step will be to see if any of it is readable. I chose this quote because I was just writing something like this today, about limitations, unworthiness and listening to the love.
This week, may you listen for the love, receive the love and trust the love ~ Janet
A Quote for Your Week – Nov 21, 2011
What we’re really talking about is a wonderful day set aside on the fourth Thursday of November when no one diets. I mean, why else would they call it Thanksgiving?
~Erma Bombeck
Go ahead, splurge! Experience the abundance. Enjoy the company of your family and friends. Play or watch a little football. Give thanks. And get ready for the holidays, ‘cos here they come!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and those you love, wherever they may be~
with love ~ Janet
